I'm the owner of Talking Trees Speech Therapy and a nationally certified and state licensed speech-language pathologist. I specialize in treating speech sound disorders and am located in Greenville, South Carolina. My goal is to improve your child’s communication skills and to support you as the caregiver. _____________________________________________________ Why the name, Talking Trees Speech Therapy? As a nature lover and outdoor enthusiast, I find the tree to be a powerful symbol of human communication. Just as every tree is uniquely shaped by its environment and the seasons it has weathered, every person communicates in their own distinct way, growing and developing at their own pace. A tree's deep, intertwining roots anchor and nourish everything above — much like the lungs, the hidden but essential foundation of voice and speech. From those roots grows a trunk and branches that reach outward in countless directions, just as language branches into vocabulary, articulation, and connection with others. As a speech-language pathologist, I see my role as that of a careful gardener — providing the right conditions, tools, and support to help each child's communication grow and flourish in their own time.
